Health-lete isn’t just another exercise program. It guides your employees to a better understanding of the positive mental, nutritional, and physical components of a healthy lifestyle – in an exciting, motivating way:

  • Fitness – We provide your employees with the tools to understand the key components of fitness and how to adapt them to their own unique interests. Our professionally trained Health-lete coaches meet classroom-style with your employees to introduce, encourage, and reinforce the benefits of wellness and a healthier lifestyle. Employees are provided educational materials on self-motivation, nutrition, and fitness to help them make informed decisions.

Health-lete’s Web-based fitness and nutrition challenges provide a fun and accountable way to get your employees excited and exercising. They can select from a large list of fitness options to develop a more active lifestyle.

Employees keep track of their daily achievements, and they gain credits for each recorded activity and nutritional accomplishments. The computer tracks their progress and converts it into building blocks that are designed around company themes.

For example, these building blocks could be travel miles across the country to a company’s work facilities – or perhaps subcomponents in the virtual manufacture of a product.

As each employee completes pre-established milestones, he or she can be recognized by your company with awards of your choosing. These can range from achievement shirts, company merchandise, or lower employee health-care contributions. The challenges can be individual in nature or team/department based. The options are unlimited.

The program provides continuous reinforcement through follow-up quarterly classroom sessions to mitigate the “interest drift” that often occurs within a 90-day period. Spouses and dependents can be integrated into the process as well, since they are usually a major cost-component of your company healthcare plan.
